Pastor Richard (aka. PR) has only been at TCCN for a short while, but has served in student ministry in Tennesse and Central Florida for 15 years and as a lead pastor in Missouri for 7 years. His passion is to love God, love people and lead others to do the same. He loves God, his beautiful wife, Michelle, his two kids Lee (wife Lily) and Anna, and just about any sport he can join to play. Oh...and he's a huge Gator fan!

Holly Holderman

Holly has been part of Tampa Community for about 17 years! Prior to moving to FL in 2004, she lived in Michigan, where she also served in kid ministry. That makes a total of 23 years that she has been actively serving. In addition to working with kids at church, Holly has been a public elementary teacher for 19 years. You can say that kids are really important to her! Having been saved at the age of 8, she understands the importance of kid ministry. Her hobbies include going to the beach and playing with her dogs, who help complete her family with her husband, Matt.
